How do I know that you are a legitimate business?

If we weren’t, we wouldn’t be in business. We have been in business for years and have established excellent relationship with customers. You are always welcome to drop by our store.

 

Why haven’t I received my order?

Give us a call during business hours, we will definitely resolve this issue with you. Before ordering from us please ensure you have the correct shipping address.

 

My seeds didn’t germinate, what do I do?

Make sure you follow the instructions on gemination provided below. Give us a call, we would more then happy to resolve the issue with you. Remember to take pictures of the process, date of purchase, and the packaging. In most cases we will give you new seeds, we may ask you to provide and of the following listed above.

 

What do I do when I get bad seeds?

Please refer to “My seeds didn’t germinate, what do I do?” and “What can i do if i received a damaged product?”. Please give us feed back on our products. Feed back is important to us, if we have too many reports of bad seeds, we must take immediate action to ensure our future customers do not purchase those seeds.

How do I place an order? 

You can:

1. Drop by our store
2. Call us to arrange a delivery ( it’s free but some restrictions apply )
3. Send us a letter of what you would like to order with proper payment ( see “what payments methods are available”)

It is always best to call us first.

 

What payment methods are available? 

We accept all forms of payment.

 

I have sent you the proper payment and letter, now what? 

Give it sometime to arrive to us. When we receive your letter and payment we will sent out your seeds ASAP. Express shipping may be available with extra cost. Give us a call to confirm.

 

Why haven’t I received my order?

Can I return items that I am not satisfied with?

We do not accept returns of seeds.

 

What can I do if i received a damaged product?

If you are having issues regarding your product, we suggest calling us during our business hours as soon as possible. We will definitely resolve your issue.
